In order to successfully process this reward for a member during checkout:
- Upon taking a member's order on Kounta, click on Add customer to link the member's Locify account to the order.
- Search for and select the correct member, then place their order as usual (e.g. Cappuccino with an Almond Milk modifier).
- You can then check if the member is eligible to redeem the Product Reward. If they have enough points and would like to redeem the reward, click on the Redeem button.
- You will see a confirmation message on the screen which says “Reward redeemed successfully!”. This now means that the relevant points have been deducted from the member's Locify account.
In this example, as the reward was tagged with hotdrink + set to Include Modifiers + valued for a discount at 100%, the total amount will be automatically reduced to reflect what the member will pay upon checkout.
- Select the Check Out button and proceed as normal.
