WHAT IS TRANSACTIONS? (Formerly known as Check In)
- Improved search function to include mobile number (formerly only Check In codes).
- Function to create new member entries upon in-store transactions.
HOW DO I ACCESS TRANSACTIONS?
In your Locify app, simply select Transactions from the menu.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Occasionally, members may forget to Check In or simply don't have their mobile phones, which makes it hard for you to assign points or rewards with their order. We've made this experience better by allowing you to look up any Locify member by just their mobile number.
Additionally, you can now create a new member entry directly. Simply enter a name and mobile number, and the new member will be sent an automatic SMS inviting them to complete their profile in order to redeem rewards in the future.
FINDING A CHECKED IN MEMBER
By default, multiple check-ins are arranged in order of ascending number. You can filter your search by:
- Searching a specific 3-digit Check In code
- Searching a full mobile number
If neither of these searches produces a result, it means that the member record does not exist in Locify.
HOW DO I CREATE A NEW MEMBER?
Simply select the "Create New Member" button at the top of the screen.
Once the popup appears, enter the required information and select "Create".
WHAT HAPPENS IF A MEMBER HAS NOT COMPLETED THEIR PROFILE?
Unregistered members will also appear when you search them and they can continue to earn points, but they will not be allowed to redeem rewards until they complete their Locify member profile.

CAN I EDIT A MEMBER RECORD IN TRANSACTIONS?
No, at this time you can only search or create members.
CAN I SEARCH FOR AN NUMBER THAT IS LESS THAN 10 DIGITS?
No, at this time you can only search for a 3-digit Check-In code or an entire mobile number.
